What are your payment options?
We only accept Visa or Mastercard for the credit card option. If you don't have a credit card please use PayPal. If you have an AMEX card we can only accept it via the PayPal payment gateway. When you get to the check out page these options are all available.

Do your iron-on name labels really work?
Our iron-on clothing labels have been fully tested in commercial washing machines in Retirement Villages and College Boarding Schools. We fully guarantee this product. There are indeed iron on labels on the market that simply fall off after a couple of washes but our material has been especially manufactured for ironing onto clothes. We actually get calls from customers asking us how to get the label off! So they really do stick. If you want to remove a label later on, please use our sew on labels.

Can you tell me more about your sew-on label?
Our sew-on labels are 100% polyester. Not woven cotton. This material does not fray. It's easy to use - just lay the label flat and machine sew around it. When hand sewing, we suggest you sew in the short side of the label, and leave it loose, like a care label. Or loop it over and sew the two short sides to a place on the garment.

How do I label socks?
Either use our iron on labels on the flat part of the sock ie the sole. (You can ad a small stitch onto each end of the iron on label.) Or use our sew on labels and loop the label, ie fold it in half, then stitch it at the top of the sock.
