Some helpful information for our new users is below.

• We print DAILY. Your order will be ready to post within 2 - 3 days.
• We have a choice of payment options: Payment can be made on-line with a Visa or Mastercard or by PayPal (American Express via PayPal). Simply select your preferred option at Check-Out.

Setting Up Your Account 

• The first time you purchase something from this site, you will need to create a NEW ACCOUNT. The details you give, will be kept on a secure server and only used for shopping online
• Iron-On-Tags is a SECURE site. You will see the padlock sign on the log-in, account and check-out pages. The information pages do not carry the padlock sign, as they are just information for all to read.
• You can access/change your account details at any time through the MY ACCOUNT feature on the top of the home page.
• Remember your password as we do not keep a copy. If you forget your password you can request a computer generated one to help you get back into your account. N.B. Remember the computer generated ones are very case sensitive, so look at them carefully when entering, and then once back into our system, you can go to your account and change the password back to something easy to remember.
• Email us at anytime, for assistance. We are glad to help.
• Our website keeps a history of your order for you. This means that at any time, you can check all the details of when you ordered, when your order was first processed by us and the date it was posted to you. This information can be found under "My Account"
